Biography
Eli had been the director of employees' sport activities at Israel Aerospace Industries, the biggest company in the country at the time, for 15 years before his early retirement in 1996.
In that year he founded the Sport for All Association in the Hasharon region and has been serving as its CEO ever since. Thanks to his passion and efforts, the number of participants in the competitions organized by the association increased from tens to almost 1000 today.
Apart from his role in the EFBLU Board of Managers, Eli is also a member of several National Committees for sport in the workplace and amateur sport in the community, as well as several European Sport for all organizations.
