Biography
Tihomir Pavlov joined European Football Business Leagues United in 2017 when he took over the Football Corporate League from Plovdiv, Bulgaria - one of the leagues which set up EFBLU in 2016.
He has plenty of experience in organizing football leagues and tournaments as he has been working in this field since 2009. Back then Tihomir and his colleagues founded the First Plovdiv Amateur Football League. He continues to manage that popular league which has grown significantly throughout the years.
