We are very happy to make an announcement that our next European Championship EFBLU European Cup 2 will take place in the Slovenian alpine resort Kranjska Gora on 15th-16th September 2018.
The tournament will be organized by our Slovenian partners Poslovna nogometna liga and will be played in two days for the first time. The 6-a-side teams will compete on natural grass in the open air. We will determine the format of the tournament after we confirm the number of participating teams.
The participation fee per team is 300 EUR and will include the following:
- 2 football pitches
- balls
- cups and medals
- referees
- medical staff
- masseur
- speaker
- supporting staff
- photographer
- live facebook streaming
- water during the games
- small lunch packages
- welcome drink in the hotel
- official party
- round trip transfer from Ljubljana airport to Kranjska Gora
Participating teams will have to cover their transport and accommodation costs. The official hotel of EFBLU European Cup 2 is the 4-star Hotel Kompas which is situated next to the football piches where the tournament will be played.
IMPORTANT! Each team can only register one player who is not an employee of the company!
Kranjska Gora is best known as a winter sports town but every year it welcomes many football teams who decide to use the great local football facilities and have their training camps there. You can see these facilities in the Youtube video below:
The town is situated in the Julian Alps in northwestern Slovenia, near the borders with Italy and Austria, and is easily accessible by road from the Ljubljana airport Jože Pučnik which is 45 minutes’ drive (66 km) away.
